1. The Nature and Purpose of all Spirit Guides, Angels, Fairies, Elementals, Cosmic Guides and all Light Higher Beings:

They keep the whole Cosmic order of life in tact and free us from worry and concern of the larger and grander forces of nature.

Angels form another order of being and Spirit Guides do also. Ascended Masters, Fairies and Elementals all have their own unique hierarchy.

Just as people, animals, fish, plants, trees and rock formations are all physical things. Angels, devas, fairies, elementals, Higher Beings and all Light Energy Guides are non-physical beings. However, some guides can take on bodily form and are spirit guides.

Most light beings appear in the forms of globes or orbs of light. They can come in all colours of the rainbow. Each colour is significant to their healing, guidance and to your acceptance of them.

All Light Beings reside in the non-physical realms, which surround us like a blanket. It looks like a web or net reaching out to all corners of the World and Omniverse. Our God Source creates all Higher Light Beings for the sole purpose to help, heal, love and teach us Humans.

No Light Being is affiliated to any religion, nationality, Universe or Reality. They just assist for the good in all. Each have the ability to turn and use negative force in order to teach us, but they do it with love and light, plus for our benefit of growth.

Each being has the ability to work with many other humans at one time.  They can support many people via expansion of their energies. They use thought as a form to interact and communicate with us, they can play music for us to hear and understand the message, show us literal signs and prompt us to purchase, give or receive.

They will then leave and other animals will return. We never change our two main Protectors they remain with us from birth.

We all have one main Guardian Angel who then corresponds along the hierarchy to all other Angels. Again you can have other Angels visit you and guide you due to their specific expertise and your personal needs.

Your Solar Angel or Solar Guide is your light beings description of their personal energy. It relates to their abilities, skills, functions and their primary purpose.

Your Solar Angel and Solar Guide are the most important for you to connect with.  They have the closest link to you and can help you connect to all other guides on your level of appreciation and awareness.

Spirit Guides are passed over loved ones or other humans who have evolved and declined returning to Earth. They have chosen to connect and guide others for their own personal evolvement.

Passed over loved ones can give information and assist you for a short time, your main guide is normally always somebody outside of your ancestors. These beings work with you always and your family help to heal wounds and emotional ties.

When a medium connects with your family member they are receiving messages to prove life after death and to confirm your loved one is safe, loved and healed. Each spirit can say how they are watching your family, can predict future events and see outside the box, so to speak, but their energies do not last longer than an hour, at a push two, therefore they cannot be full time guides.

Each guide is matched to you, through their own personal development, experience and ability. You can have many guides, some remain with you from birth, some leave, others take their place and a few just pop in now and then to assist you further.

Your individual guides know you, every thought, feeling, response and action. They love you unconditionally and ask for nothing in return, apart from respect.

The Omniversal Life Workers have been called to assist all to raise their vibrations to your highest levels. This also means to attune you to work with all cosmic beings including Extraterrestrials.

The Extraterrestrials also work with us on many levels. When you receive these attunements you will have the opportunity to invite them to work with you. You are in control and just because you have opened the door, you can also close it.

Your High Self, Solar Guides, Animal Guides and Solar Angel will facilitate your connection with all other Light Energy Beings.  Always ask all of your guides to work with you for your highest good.

1. Attunements for Increasing Energies for all Light Beings:

All beings can communicate to those naturally gifted and trained to receive via clairaudience. They can show psychic impressions to all and literally stop you from walking and talking.

Many Sensitives will be stopped from entering haunted buildings or places where known negative vibrations exist. This is for their protection and due to the much needed work which could potentially be interfered with through negative interference. So immediately their guides will stop them from entering the building or place via physical force, sudden onset of stomach cramps or sickness and an intense fear. Once the danger is averted all ailments quickly disappear.

This attunement will help you to discern between your own thoughts and that of your guides. You will instantly know, through practice, who is communicating with you and for which area they are assisting you with.

Your acceptance and belief is the key to your Higher Awareness.  You will never receive negative information from your guides. If you do you must close down instantly and refrain from working with them. Do your cleansing rituals and then start again.

They never suggest anything which would cause harm to yourself or others. If you sense you are feeling jealous, envious, greedy or materialistic for any unknown reason, then again you must stop listening and recognise which emotions are your own and which belong to others.

A simple notion to direct you to accept a job which would take you away from your long term goal is detrimental to yourself and your Earthly mission. This will never be given to you by your guides and you should seek further counsel form friends or family. Trust in yourself. You will soon be able to recognise all alternate energies.

The meditations below will help you to build up a good partnership with your guides and accelerate your communication skills with them.

Appreciation, Love and Light are all primary frequencies of healing. These will excel your evolutionary process of your personal spiritual essence of self.

Not everyone will receive communication immediately; please do not be disheartened by this, keep up with your meditations and look out for signs.

This will keep your batteries charged, keep your senses heightened and open you to acknowledge, appreciate and accept the guidance given each day by your guides.

Many resist love and feel inadequate or unworthy. This attunement will help you to accept yourself, your place in life and your inner being.  Know that you are loved from all guides unconditionally.

Meditate on this picture and feel its loving, healing attributes. You can now give and receive love.

Feel each aspect, acknowledge it and embrace the changes being given to you. Surround yourself with a bubble of white light and let it pour unconditional love through and around you.

Say:

All Light Beings, Bind me with your love and light, Keep me safe, protected and free from all harm, Allow me to sense your presence.

Please guide me gently on my path And fill my heart with the purest of Omniversal light.

You can see orbs of light, see images in your minds eye or peripheral vision, physically see them, draw them through inspirational art.

Note songs on the radio, signs in the street, books falling onto relevant pages. Even cold spots and tickles on the back of your neck, movement of your hair, like a spider running through it.

You may also feel healing energies directed through and around you.  Either way, you will instinctively know.

You can use a pendulum when communicating with your guides and ask them to swing it one way for yes and another for no.

You can be asked for one or two knocks on the wall or door. Ask to be shown colours, be tickled on your ear or any other way that you feel content with.

Attunement for you to Send Energies to Yourself and Others:

Meditate on this card and accept its alternate energies.  Tap three times on the left palm of your hand and imagine a rainbow light entering your hand, travelling up your arm into your body, all the way through it, then back up out of your mouth and surround yourself with its electrifying power.

Upon acceptance, and when you are ready to send to others, feel your deep intention to heal and aid their suffering.

Imagine the person in your minds eye, or place your hands on to a teddy bear and imagine the teddy is the person you are healing. Now remotely send out your healing and signal to your guides to take the energy in all of its form to the recipient.

You transmute all energy into a thought form; these forms can change and you may direct them throughout the cosmos. The healing energy will not dissipate and will not change along the way. Send to others with the purest intentions of good and watch them heal.

Dream Attunement to Facilitate Receiving Information While Sleeping and assistance with Meditation:

You must also ask that they allow you to remember the details upon waking and immediately you must write down the information when you awake.

Look over your dream throughout the day and ponder on its guidance.  You will soon be able to identify recurrent features and subtle messages.

If you feel an urge to close down, stop working spiritually or to cleanse yourself with smudging sticks, then please do so immediately. This urge will be your guides directing you to protect yourself.

You will reach such a high point at one stage that you will feel invincible to all psychic attacks. This is not true. As we develop, so do negative entities and thought forms. You must guard against these at all times.

Some relate to this as the evil eye, enviousness, and or hatred from another.

If you keep up the pretence of being untouchable, then you will have the biggest lesson of all to learn. Ignorance and an inflated ego will get you nowhere but to a road of despair.

The biggest blow to any spiritual evolution is the EGO. You must have control at all times.

Your guides can all assist you, but YOU MUST assist yourself. Faith in your one true Source, acceptance that anyone of us can be an escapegoat, that you may be jostled with, gives you the reverential benefit of preparedness.

Falsely believing you are so highly attuned that your bubble cannot burst, is a fallacy in itself.

Throughout your achievements, you will go through many incidents that you will at times find insurmountable. It is when you are at your lowest point, you will surprisingly realise that it has immediately turned in your favour and that your life swiftly improves. This is the point when your guides step in to help, as they know your limits and have the power to push fate back in your favour.

You will also note at this rejuvenated time that your awareness has heightened and your spirit and light being connections become clearer.

Confrontation with a negative force is not common, but can happen. If it does you must show no fear, but also do not outwardly disrespect it.

Ask your guides for immediate protection; say prayers and order it to leave and tell it about the fundamental laws that it is breaking.

You must realise that no entity or spirit will leave at your will. They will only ever leave on their own accord. Their will is a lot stronger than the average person. Just because you demand they go to the light, does not mean that they will. A latin prayer will not dispel them either, it takes a lot of energy and assistance from the other side for this to happen.

We all have the inner strength to repel negative energies. You simply need to believe intently in this fact.

Guides Spiritual & Psychic Protection Attunement:

The Greatest Protection -- Forgiveness Attunement and Meditation:

When you find it in your heart to forgive, you release an energy that forces all negative thought forms to disintegrate and disappear.

Many people may feel that forgiving another is weak, forgetting harms or being open to further pain. This is not true. Forgiving is the biggest protection you can have. You MUST complete this with the purest intent and not just words said to cover inner negative thoughts.

When you have gone through a hurtful or emotionally overwhelming time, it is easy to blame others, think negatively about them or bury your feelings deep inside and deny anything ever happening to you.

Afterwards; you may lie in bed for hours on end or sit daydreaming all day about the incident/s, reiterating them again and then again in your mind. Replaying hurtful words from others, hurtful actions and re-living the experiences repetitively.

This is no good for you or your soul. By accepting what has happened, even when blamed for something you have not done, you find the strength to forgive. Then you will see how quickly you let go of the hurt, how swiftly you heal, and how you fast move forward.

Eventually, the incident or experiences dwindle and what seemed like the end of the world; becomes just another memory another thought that has no ability to hurt or injure you further.

This attunement will assist you to forgive and release all negative past traumas and thought forms. It will strengthen your spirit and guide you forward to better health and peace of mind.

You can activate this attunement at any time, when in need. Just keep calling in your psi/chi ball. It will last a lifetime.

Look upon this picture and then do the following meditation:

Prepare yourself, relax, close your eyes and find your inner pace.

Breathe deeply and slowly at your own pace and rhythm.

You will soon feel the compassion and warmth rise through you. Spread it throughout your body and then notice all of the cords of negativity or imagine cords with the persons name on it, remove itself from your solar plexus area and dissolve them into white powder. Now watch as they float down into Mother Earth.

Now ask Mother Earth to cleanse the cords and release you from their connection.

Surround yourself with a bright white light. Acknowledge your feelings of peace and contentment. Now slowly come back out of your meditation and smile, knowing you are free and able to move forward.

How to Meet Your Guides Meditation:

Today you are going to ask only non-personal Yes or No questions.

Find a quiet place - free of distractions - no music. Sit down or lie down - whatever is most comfortable for you. Relax your body and mind. Close your eyes. Take three slow deep breaths and relax.

Open your mind to 'listen'.

Begin by sending a telepathic message to your guide....Hello! Are you ready to talk to me?

Now relax and allow the answer to come into your thoughts - not in physical words - but in thoughts. You should hear a thought message with an affirmative answer. YES!

Send another telepathic message that is not personal that you know the answer to.....Is it sunny today?

You should hear the correct answer.

Is today Sunday?

Again - You should hear the correct answer.

Continue with more non-personal questions that can answered with Yes or No.

You are adjusting your brain to 'listening' for messages from your guide.

If you are not certain that the messages are not your own thoughts - time and practice will allow you the see the difference. As you get to know your guide's name - you can talk one-to-one more easily.

Lesson 2

You are going to ask non-personal questions again. You may want to have a paper and pen close by to write down a name of message.

You should sense a greeting.

Are you here to answer my questions?

Please tell me your name.

If you have trouble understanding the name - listen hard - then come as close to what you 'hear' as you can. Spirit will usually accept whatever name you give them. Some names are long and may have to be shortened - or a letter of the alphabet substituted.

When you hear their name your soul will sense that it is the right name - which is called a frequency signature.

Once you get a name you sense is right for you and your spirit guide - proceed on to other telepathic questions.

Call the guide by name. - - - - - , may I ask you some Yes and No questions?

Wait for an affirmative answer. It should be immediate. Relax - listen - and be patient.

For today ask questions about your spirit guide and their place in your life. It is best to only talk to one guide now as you get used to their frequency. Later you can talk to other guides. You must establish a comfortable relationship with your main guide first.

Ask the spirit guide Yes and No questions about them.

Did you ever live on the physical Earth plane?

Did we know each other?

Were we related?

Do you stay with me all the time?

Can you manifest for me in 3D?

You can ask questions that you have prepared - or make them up as you go along. Take as many days as you need to adjust to this communication by thought form.

Lesson 3

You can say your questions out loud - then repeat the answers into a tape recorder - or you can think the questions and remember the answers.

If you record or write down the questions and answers - please put a date at the top of your page or on your audio tape.

You can take your time. Spirit guides are not in a hurry to go anywhere. You no doubt are aware that they do not exist in a place that marks time.

It is often easiest to prepare your questions in advance. Spirit guides do not care if you have one or more questions.

Always begin with [name of guide] Are you ready to answer my questions?

Wait for an affirmative answer. You can also practice with a few nonpersonal questions to get things going.

Remember to only ask Yes or No questions at this time.

Lesson 4

The final step is to listen to complete sentences or fragments that help you understand what your guide is trying to convey.

For example: I am going to school to study to be a teacher. Is this a wise choice? If the reply is No...Then question your guide further -

What career is best for me and how can I get to that point?

The most difficult questions to ask are about your emotional life - questions about love and lovers - family and friends - the people who share your heart and your emotions.

You will want your guide to tell you what you want to hear - but that may not always be the case. Do not rephrase the question.

Does my husband/partner love me? Is he trustworthy?

Whatever you hear first is the right answer.

You can ask additional questions along those lines if you chose.  Once you get past your emotional issues - you might want to ask spiritual questions about your guide's relationship with you - the universe - and any other feeling of changes that are happening on the planet.

Once you can hear your guide's messages - it is time to receive visual images. These are images projected to you by your Spirit Guides.

Remember that when all is said and done - reality is nothing more than projected imagery through which we experience. The projection is what we see through our minds and the thoughts are the program of our reality.

Reality is an illusion of mind and consciousness.

You may have already received images while practicing your auditory skills.  For some people 'seeing images is easy - easier than hearing their thoughts.

Other people claim to 'see' nothing.  Again - this is just about patience and practice.

Spirit Guides love to speak in symbolic imagery.  They use colours and archetypes/shapes that you may or may not understand at first. A symbol can have multiple meanings.

For each lesson you will need to be in a quiet place - free of distractions.

Relax your body. Get comfortable.  Close your eyes.

Take three slow deep breaths - in through your nose - holding the breath for several seconds - then release it slowly through your mouth.

There is a screen just behind your forehead. Focus on it. Take your time. The screen may look blank to you at first. When viewing this screen - you may see shapes - colours - and images that are either stationary or animated.

The screen may start off looking blank to you - but give it a few minutes and an image will come into focus.

Start off by calling your guide to you. Use your guide's name.

Extend a greeting.

Practice this until you are able to see images even if you are not sure what they are and what they mean.

You may do this as long as you like.

Write down what you see as this may be important.

You can do this for a few minutes - or as long as you feel wish - on your first attempt.

Practice until you are able to close your eyes and easily see images.

Lesson 6

Once you can 'see' images and feel comfortable with this skill - it is time to connect with your guide about matters that are important to you.

You can ask your guide a question and 'look' on your screen for your answer.

The answer may be accompanied by thoughts in your mind. Some people hear music or familiar songs that also have relevance to your answer.

Sometimes you may not have a question for you guide. You may just want to connect with your guide and allow him or her to bring you messages about any subject. Spirit Guides love to talk. They have waited a long time to communicate with you. Then again...they may have connected with you but you did not know it was your guide.

Ask your guide to show you what he or she looks like. You may only see a light - which means that is all they are - light energy.
